Annoying typo

There is a really annoying typo in the main paper. 

On page 6 in Equation (2), the definition of \bar{K} is  (was) wrong. 
The correct definition is: 

\bar K = - (I - \frac{1}{n} \one\one') C_{amp} (I - \frac{1}{n} \one\one')

where C_{amp} is the amplified commute distance matrix. 

In the old version we had mistakenly replaced C_amp by R. 
I corrected it in the pdf on my webpage, but there might still be versions
floating in the web that contain the wrong formula.
